Sunday Sound
Sunday Sound Class is a gentle, uplifting sound healing experience designed to help you reconnect, reset, and realign for the week ahead. Through the power of sacred sound, you'll be guided to deeply relax, feel safe within yourself, and soak in soothing vibrations that support your body, mind, and heart. It’s a beautiful space to slow down, recharge, and come home to yourself.
