Hi, I’m Dale. Ten years ago, I set out on a personal journey to face my fears and overcome anxiety. It wasn’t easy, but along the way, I found powerful tools that truly changed my life, liike CBT therapy, emotional healing, Yoga, breathwork, and Reformer Pilates.
These practices helped me find real peace and inner strength, and now I’m passionate about helping others do the same. I’m here to create a supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and move beyond fear, one step at a time. Let’s walk this journey together.
Lauren Abonandi

Hi, I’m Lauren, a fully qualified Reformer Pilates instructor with a strong background in movement and performance.
From dancing in my early years to strength training, running, triathlons and competitive fitness events, I’ve always loved challenging myself physically. But over time, I realised that real strength isn’t just about intensity, it’s about control, precision and building a body that works with you, not against you.
Reformer Pilates became the foundation of my training. It keeps me strong, balanced and minimises injury, and has completely transformed the way I approach fitness.
My classes are designed to challenge you safely, build confidence and help you feel empowered in your body. You can expect strong, purposeful sessions with personal attention and plenty of encouragement.

Stacey Gaskins

Hi, I’m Stacey. I lead monthly sound bath sessions at Inner Soul, creating a space for you to rest, release, and realign. Using crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, I guide you into a deeply meditative state where real healing can begin.
Whether you’re looking for calm, clarity, or emotional release, my sessions are here to support your mind, body, and spirit. I’d love to welcome you to a sound bath soon.
