Why I Use doTERRA Oils in My Yoga Practice
My love for essential oils began at 8 years old, thanks to my grandma, Abba. What started as a childhood memory soon became a vital part of my life.
Long before I trained as a yoga teacher, oils were at the heart of my self-care. I’d have aromatherapy treatments, then use lavender at home to calm my body and mind. Living with stress-related issues like acid reflux, IBS, migraines, and panic attacks, oils never “cured” me—but they gave me comfort, empowerment, and a way to soothe my nervous system.
I love that doTERRA oils are pure, potent, and versatile. Lemon, orange, and peppermint are my daily go-tos: lemon in my morning water to awaken my system, and peppermint in the afternoon for a refreshing lift instead of coffee.
