We’re delighted to have you here and truly value your support of our studio. To ensure clarity and fairness for everyone, please take a moment to read through the terms that apply when purchasing and using a monthly package with us.

Membership Options 

 

Rolling Monthly Membership
 

  • Your membership renews automatically each month on the same date as your original purchase.

  • You can cancel at any time by providing 30 days' notice.

  • Your membership will remain active during the notice period, and any scheduled payments within that period will still be collected.
     

6-Month Commitment Membership
 

  • This membership has a minimum commitment of 6 months.

  • It cannot be cancelled during the initial 6-month term.

  • After the 6-month period, we can chat about options to continue or upgrade.
     

Monthly Class Credits
 

  • Your membership includes a set number of classes each month, depending on the plan you choose.

  • Class credits are added monthly on your billing date.

  • Unused classes do not roll over to the following month unless otherwise stated.

  • Memberships, class credits, and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system.

  • While we are happy to assist with bookings where possible, all class bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests remain the responsibility of the member. We recommend checking your Member Area regularly to ensure your bookings are correct and up to date. If we make a booking on your behalf, please check your Member Area to confirm it has been processed correctly. We cannot be held responsible for missed bookings, incorrect bookings, or classes not attended due to booking errors.

  • You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the class start time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend a booked class, will result in the loss of that class credit.

  • No refunds, credits, or transfers will be given for late cancellations or missed classes.

As a small studio with limited class spaces, this policy helps us operate fairly for all members and clients.

Personal Use Only!

  • Memberships, class packages, credits, and PAYG (Pay As You Go) sessions are for individual use only.

  • They cannot be shared, transferred, gifted, or resold.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships that are being misused, without refund.

Membership Cancellation 

  • Rolling memberships require 30 days' notice to cancel.

  • 6-month memberships may be cancelled after the initial commitment period with 30 days' notice.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for unused classes or remaining membership time after cancellation.

Changes to Memberships, Timetables & Pricing

We reserve the right to amend our memberships, class packages, pricing, class timetables, instructors, services, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes that may affect your me membership or bookings.Any updated pricing will apply from your next billing date following notice of the change. Continued use of our services after any changes have taken effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms and pricing.

Introductory Programmes & Challenges

  • Introductory programmes, starter offers, and challenges (including any 28-Day Challenge) must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

  • All introductory programmes and challenges are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • These programmes include a set number of class tokens/credits that must be used within the specified programme period.

  • Unused tokens or credits will expire at the end of the programme and cannot be carried over, extended, exchanged, or refunded.

  • It is the participant's responsibility to book and attend classes within the programme timeframe.

  • While we are happy to assist with bookings where possible, participants are responsible for managing their own bookings and ensuring all credits are used before the programme expires.

  • No refunds, credits, or extensions will be provided for missed classes, unused tokens, holidays, illness, schedule changes, or failure to attend within the allocated timeframe.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.
