We’re delighted to have you here and truly value your support of our studio. To ensure clarity and fairness for everyone, please take a moment to read through the terms that apply when purchasing and using a monthly package with us.

Monthly Package Access & Payments

By purchasing a monthly membership/subscription , you receive access to a set number of classes per month, as specified in the plan you select.

Payments are processed automatically on the same calendar date each month, beginning from the date of your initial purchase.

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Monthly packages are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred to another person.

Unused classes do not roll over to the following month unless otherwise stated.

Class Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We appreciate your understanding as a small business committed to providing consistent service.

All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system.

You may cancel or reschedule a class up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time without penalty.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class start time will result in the class being forfeited. No rescheduling, credit, or refund will be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.

This policy allows us to manage limited class availability fairly and continue offering consistent, high-quality service. We appreciate your understanding and support as a small business.

Courses & Workshops

All courses and workshops must be purchased in full upfront at the time of booking.

Course bookings are non-refundable however please get in touch if you would like to reschedule onto another course and we will do our best to facilitate this request depending on course availability.

Once a course has commenced, missed sessions cannot be made up, credited, or transferred to another date or course.

To ensure all courses run smoothly, consistently, and on schedule, swapping days or transferring between different courses is not permitted.

Cancelling Your Monthly Plan

You may cancel your monthly plan at any time via your online account or by contacting us directly.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused classes remaining after cancellation.

Personal Use Policy

All packages, memberships, and class credits and PAYG - drop in tokens are strictly for personal use only.

Sharing, transferring, or reselling classes or account access is not permitted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership or package found to be in violation of this policy, without refund.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately.

Continued use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised
