This a designed to be a strength-focused reformer Pilates class designed to build a stronger, more balanced body.
Through controlled, low-impact movements, you’ll improve core strength, stability, and muscular endurance while enhancing posture and overall body control. Expect a challenging yet supportive workout with progressions and modifications suitable for all levels from confident beginners to more experienced movers.
Our Mum & Mini Reformer classes are designed for you to move, rebuild strength, and feel like yourself again all while keeping your little one close. Suitable from newborn up to crawling, these sessions are gentle, supportive, and focused on postnatal recovery, core strength, and overall fitness. We know life with a baby can be unpredictable, so we’ve made it flexible for you join as and when you can, or come along weekly at the same time to build your routine. With a maximum of just 4 mums and babies per class, its a nice small environment to get moving in the early stages of postpartum. Either way, don’t worry… we’ve got you covered. A welcoming space for both you and your baby to feel comfortable, supported, and looked after every step of the way.
Our Mum & Mini Reformer classes are perfect for mums with little ones on the move from crawling up to 12 months.These sessions are designed to help you rebuild strength, improve core stability, and continue your postnatal fitness journey, all while your baby stays by your side in a relaxed, baby-friendly environment. With a maximum of just 3 mums per class, there’s plenty of space for your little ones to move, explore, and play safely while you exercise. We know this stage can be busy and unpredictable, so flexibility is key join as and when it suits you, or come along weekly to keep a consistent routine. Either way, don’t worry… we’ve got you covered

Weekly Classes
This yoga class centred around sun salutations, breath work, and mindful movement. Designed to gently build warmth and energy in the body, this class links movement with breath to improve flexibility, strength, and focus. Expect a calming yet uplifting flow that encourages you to move with intention, release tension, and reconnect with both body and mind.
Courses only.
Specially designed for new mums in the early postnatal stage, this course supports you in returning to movement safely and gently while keeping your baby close. Created for mums with babies aged 0–6 months, these sessions focus on rebuilding strength after birth, reconnecting with your body, improving core stability, and easing back into exercise at your own pace. With your baby relaxing beside you, you can focus on your movement in a calm, supportive environment. There’s no pressure feed, cuddle, pause, and move as you need. With very small group sizes, this is a relaxed and encouraging space where you can rebuild confidence, feel supported, and connect with other mums navigating the same stage of motherhood.
Courses only.
Our beginner courses are the perfect starting point if you’re new to reformer Pilates or returning to movement after time away.
Designed to guide you step by step, these small-group sessions introduce the fundamentals of reformer Pilates in a supportive and relaxed environment. You’ll learn how to use the reformer safely, understand correct technique, and build strength, mobility, and confidence at a comfortable pace.
There’s no need to feel fit or experienced — this course is all about learning, progressing, and feeling comfortable in your body before moving into regular classes.
