Meet Dale
The Heart of Inner Soul
Founder of Inner Soul, Dale is a passionate wellness coach, Yoga Teacher, and Reformer Pilates instructor with a gift for helping people reconnect with themselves. Her approach is grounded, empowering, and real blending movement, mindfulness, and honest conversation to support your journey inside and out. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening your practice, Dale creates space for you to feel strong, calm, and truly seen.

Weekly Classes
This a designed to be a strength-focused reformer Pilates class designed to build a stronger, more balanced body.
Through controlled, low-impact movements, you’ll improve core strength, stability, and muscular endurance while enhancing posture and overall body control. Expect a challenging yet supportive workout with progressions and modifications suitable for all levels from confident beginners to more experienced movers.
Weekly Classes
This yoga class centred around sun salutations, breath work, and mindful movement. Designed to gently build warmth and energy in the body, this class links movement with breath to improve flexibility, strength, and focus. Expect a calming yet uplifting flow that encourages you to move with intention, release tension, and reconnect with both body and mind.
Courses only.
Specially designed to support postnatal recovery while allowing you to move, strengthen, and reconnect with your body all whilst still being mum. Created for mums with babies up to 12 months, these sessions focus on gentle rehabilitation, core and pelvic floor recovery, mobility, and rebuilding strength safely after pregnancy and birth. Babies are always welcome, so there’s no need to worry about childcare, feed, cuddle, settle, and move at your own pace in a relaxed, understanding environment.

Our beginner courses are the perfect starting point if you’re new to reformer Pilates or returning to movement after time away.
Designed to guide you step by step, these small-group sessions introduce the fundamentals of reformer Pilates in a supportive and relaxed environment. You’ll learn how to use the reformer safely, understand correct technique, and build strength, mobility, and confidence at a comfortable pace.
There’s no need to feel fit or experienced — this course is all about learning, progressing, and feeling comfortable in your body before moving into regular classes.
